Dóri holds an Economist degree and worked for multinational companies in the finance and procurement area for 13 years, out of which for 8 years as a people leader. During all these years, she was already delivering trainings as an internal trainer within these companies and then she decided to choose this area as her full-time vocation.
Dóri typically works in an international environment in English, Hungarian and Spanish. She has delivered in-person trainings in Asia, Africa and many countries in Europe, and virtual programmes globally.
One of her main focuses in the development processes is to provide participants with easily applicable, practical methods for their long-term development, whether in leadership or other skills-building training.
