He has extensive experience working with large corporations in the realms of leadership development and innovation. However, his heart equally belongs to smaller organizations, startups, and international business development programs.
He views societal change as paramount, participating in several global NGO projects, ranging from skill development for disadvantaged groups to career orientation for young adults.
He candidly admits that his most cherished moments come when he can foster significant change in a positive atmosphere, collaborating as a team. As an expert in design thinking, he deeply believes in the power of empathy and the significance of human connections.
