Leadership coaching support

In what can we help?

Leadership can be learned: it is not merely about personality, and charisma is not necessarily a prerequisite. Leadership is a career decision and is different in every respect from simple career advancement. The greatest challenge for a good leader is self -reflection and self-discovery, as well as the conscious conduct of professional activities.

During this training and development process based on self-reflection, we identify those fundamental personal values and leadership assets that allow for effective individual leadership. We answer specific questions and pinpoint the necessary skills that transform us into an authentic and strong leader.

How do we help?

Together with the participant, we prepare an individual action plan: we define the exact leadership objective of the coaching process and set a deadline for completion.

Through inspirational and focused consultations, we ensure the effective attainment of specific goals.

We pay attention to the individual learning style and pace. We drive development with ambitious but achievable challenges.

Our solution-based methodology focuses on positive behaviour development, which increases individual responsibility and encourages action. Accordingly, it enables quick integration into daily leadership practice.

Through the coaching process, we keep in mind that leaders exert influence through their personality, which allows them to develop a likeable style, as wells as build committed and motivated employee relationships.

Leadership coaching is a confrontational self-reflection, but not a therapy! We regard this as a fundamental principle and also as a high ethical requirement.

Background materials: custom leadership tools, principles, and inspirational documents

The coaching process aims to specifically respond to specific questions and complicated situations that may arise in senior managerial roles. We may pose multiple questions: What does it mean to me to be a senior executive? How can I describe my role? What does it mean for me to be a member of a company executive board? What personal strengths can I use in this situation? Where and how do they pay off? What are my attributes and qualities as a senior executive?
