Leadership self-awareness
The leader can't see clearly how they affect their team, because they get less and less honest feedback.
Who is it for?
For new and experienced leaders who want to use their strengths more consciously and understand how others see them.
What do participants take away?
- Your own leadership style, strengths and blind spots.
- Personality types: how do I lead someone who thinks differently from me?
- How to ask for and receive feedback from your team.
- Your own leadership identity and next development steps.
How we work
We work with self-awareness tools, role plays and situations simulated with actors; risk-free challenges hold up a mirror. If you wish, we complement it with individual coaching or the Leader in focus workshop, where the leader gets feedback from their own colleagues.
