Building trust
People in the team are cautious: they don't speak up about mistakes, risky ideas or bad news.
Who is it for?
For leaders who want a team where people can speak their minds and count on each other, in remote and hybrid teams too.
What do participants take away?
- What trust is built from, and what destroys it quickly.
- Psychological safety: how mistakes and questions can be voiced.
- Predictability and consistency in how a leader operates.
- Focusing on results instead of control: how to avoid micromanagement.
How we work
We work within the framework of positive leadership, using situations participants bring from their own teams. In exercises with actors, we try out how a single leadership sentence or decision affects trust.
