The aim of this course is to get the participants to understand that a negotiation is a game of trust. Hence, we show them how they can create and build trust. We also teach them the tools and techniques that help to discover their partner’s needs and how to respond to these needs.

Learn the basic influencing techniques. In the beginning of the course, we conduct a video analysis on your style of communication, then, based on its results we identify the most relevant development areas and offer you practical support.

Advanced trust building techniques and tools

Background material and support: video recording, theoretical booklet and personalized analysis

Besides of essential influencing techniques, we focus primarily on the trust-building tools of communication. We work on a variety of trust-building skills that can be applied to different types of characters during a meeting or negotiation situation. In addition to the interview techniques and partner-orientation tools, we also focus on how to lead and structure a negotiation.

Advanced trust building and influencing techniques

This training is a combination of the two previous trainings, during which we conduct a video analysis and identify the key aspects of individual development for each participant. Based on the needs of the participants we introduce them a variety of exercises that focus on trust-building and influencing tools. The participants can practice different techniques in negotiation-situations with the help of professional actors.
