In what can we help?

Although leadership programs are always specifically designed to fit the unique challenges of your organization, they share one common feature: considering their particular development needs, participants leave the training program with tools that can be implemented in their everyday work lives instantly.

How do we help?

To gain deeper and more detailed insights into complex leadership situations, we work with improvisational role play and situational exercises in a team coaching setting.

We use facilitation and Action Learning tools to develop action and solution-oriented leadership practices.

We use various methods, completing our practical tools with further inspiring materials.

Team Leader program

 5 training days (in approx. 5 months)

 Includes an accompanying coaching session (1 hour) per participant

Background material: we use an online webinar to support the learning process

The goal of the program is to strengthen your general leadership behavior, to help you shape your leadership identity, map the possible leadership styles and opportunities, and to develop your leadership communication, sense of responsibility, and decision making.

2 training days and 2 accompanying coaching sessions (1 hour each) per participant

To participate in this program, you need to have several years of leadership experience

Background material: we use an online webinar to support the learning process

The goal of the program is for you to acquire the most recent leadership tools, techniques, and methods that fit the working of our knowledge-based society. We aim to change your perspective in your thinking and attitude from the control-focused Leadership 2.0 model and provide support in building a leadership culture.
