Noémi completed both her high school and university studies in communication and media, graduating from Kodolányi János University in 2019. Before finishing her university studies, she had started working in Learning & Development in 2017. Early in her career, she was responsible for the administration of trainings and the training aspects of tender projects. Currently, her main focus is project management. She enjoys solving complex tasks, where she can apply her systematic thinking.
So far, she has helped develop the employees of more than 100 companies, ranging from local governments to multinational corporations.
