Tamás finished his studies at Corvinus University of Budapest in the major if International Relations in 2010, and shortly after he started to work at UniCredit Bank Hungary’s corporate division. He jumped into the bank’s HR world in 2015, where initially he worked in learning & development, then in employer branding. In the spring of 2017, he became the head of the recruitment, employer branding and learning & development teams, and after a few months, his responsibilities extended with the business partner team as well.
He joined Impact Works in 2020 as the head of the Employer Branding Division, currently he is our Operations Director.
