She learned psychology at ELTE; then, she gained a master’s degree on the BME Work and Organizational Psychology. After taking a Trainer Course and earning some experience in project and training management, she joined Impact Works with the utmost professional curiosity.
As a Junior Account, she supports the smooth organization of online and offline trainings, contributing to the processes with her kind, straightforward, and goal-oriented work style. Her well-balanced and open personality serves as a solid base for trustful client relationships. Luca has also led one-on-one and group consultations which shaped her personal strengths: she is a humanistic, mature and attentive colleague with excellent stress management.
Besides her job and hobbies, another sign of her diverse interests and commitment is that she volunteers to support the mental health of university students and children.
