Kati graduated as a psychologist from Eötvös Loránd University in 2016. In the past years, she has worked for startups having digital HR-focused solutions and for large companies in the field of training and development.
She joined the Impact Works team in 2023 and currently supports our work in several areas with a focus on digital products and customer experience development. Kati is committed to delivering real value to clients and helping the training division succeed with people-centric solutions.
