She graduated from Budapest Business School, College of Foreign Trade, but enjoys learning in practice even better. After starting as Event Manager, she found her true calling in communications. As a PR Account, the vibrant agency life, the diverse corporate clients, and all the large-scale activations have turned this path irresistible. Later, she immersed herself in marketing and brand management, fostering a Hungarian premium winery from its launch to international success.
She regards employer branding as the fusion of her experience in communications and values-based creative work with a human focus. She approaches employer branding and strategies through research and amplifying distinctive messages. Her curious mindset perfectly matches her ongoing studies in Gestalt psychology.
Beyond thoughtful planning, Bea believes in the power of details, let it be a refined visual or sophisticated wording. Changing perspective, looking for progressive solutions and constructive dialogue – she is dedicated to practising all these while incorporating the clients’ goals.
