Zita graduated from Nyugat-magyarországi University, Apáczai Csere János Teacher Training College, specialized in English.
After spending 6 years with teaching, she started working in the financial sector, and meanwhile she also graduated from Nyugat-magyarországi Egyetem, MA, as an HR Counsellor.
From then there was no stop, she gained many years of experience at OTP Bank in a corporate environment where she could have an overall insight about HR functions, and found employer branding, the dearest area to her heart. Later she expanded this knowledge atContinental Automotive Ltd., as an employer branding and communication responsible for a location of nearly 2000 people. One year later these were complemented with the recruitment area as well.
At Impact Works, she reinforces the team of Employer Branding Division, her structured thinking and excellent communication skills give much to her professional knowledge.Moreover she is able to solve any unexpected situation with her active, dynamic, always-smiling personality and with her proactive attitude.
