Eva was not preparing for a career in communications. She graduated from ELTE as a programming-mathematician and started her career developing information management systems and intranet applications. Yet, her tasks became more and more communication-oriented and she became an internal communication specialist almost unnoticed.
She has worked in all aspects of internal communication, brand change, transformation, agile transition, relocation, and has learned the skills of crisis communication, change management, culture change, and employer branding in a hands-on environment. She had the privilege of learning first-hand from the best in the communications and HR profession.
In her current work, she is able to bring her many years of experience in large corporations and her passion for understanding people’s motivation to structured thinking. Under his hands, the elements of communication come together in structures.
Her creative ideas, quick situational awareness, analytical thinking and the fact that she has “seen it all” make her an expert in the field.
