András Batiz – founding owner, managing director

For ten years, he edited and hosted TV shows with millions of views, first on public television and then on RTL Klub. From 2004, as government spokesperson and then as communications director of the Prime Minister’s Office, he was a player and shaper of the communication activities of major political decision. In 2007, he founded Impact Works, as its leader, he personally led more than 1,000 trainings and workshops in 20 countries on 3 continents, primarily for leaders of international companies. He is a regular speaker at conferences, primarily on the topics of effective communication, trust-building, storytelling, and charismatic presentation techniques. He graduated from the University of Dramatic Arts in TV directing and hosting (1997) and the University of Szeged in psychology (2019).
