Syngenta faced the challenge of efficiently sharing knowledge among its subject matter experts, located in different countries across the Asia Pacific region. Their expectation was to increase the efficiency of knowledge sharing – go beyond in person or virual session and to keep the learning experience personal and more engaging compared to written documentations.
Solution

Through tailored training sessions, the client’s team gained self-confidence, improved their abilities to educate their colleagues effectively and as a result they were able to create educational video materials – with the Syngenta’s experts and clients in the main roles.
