We are aware that it is not easy to create a presentation or material on a complex topic that is concise and comprehensible for the audience. This is especially true when the purpose of that material is to support the decision-making process. During the training sessions, we will provide a structure that supports the preparation of compelling and comprehensible decision-making materials. Throughout the training program, participants can try out the presented tools on their own, current materials. We provide practical, immediately applicable practices, templates, and tools. We look at the most common mistakes and challenges when preparing decision-making material and how to avoid them. We provide an effective, easy-to-remember logical structure and way of thinking which can serve as a guiding principle when creating these materials. Through specific exercises, we’ll look at how to write clear, concise, and concrete materials. We will also look at the visual layout to create a clean, easy-to-understand document. We prepare effective decision-making material step by step, providing participants with workbooks and structured practices. If necessary, we will also focus on the effective presentation of the material after it has been prepared. Participants will be equipped with the basic presentation tools they need. The Training can be delivered in a classroom, online, or blended form. Virtual implementation: 3×2 hours with two trainers for max. 8 participants.
