After completing her BA in Psychology at ELTE, Luca graduated from the Work and Organizational Psychology MA program at BME. After obtaining her trainer qualification and gaining experience in project management and training coordination, she joined the Impact Works team, where she supports clients in multiple roles.
As an Account Manager, she is responsible for managing client relationships as well as planning and coordinating training and development processes. Transparency, structured ways of working, and building long-term, trust-based partnerships are particularly important to her, as they provide a stable framework for successful collaboration.
As a trainer, Luca delivers development programs in wellbeing and leadership-related topics. Her trainings are characterized by a psychological approach, practical tools, and an experiential methodology, with a strong focus on self-reflection, conscious leadership, and sustainable performance.
As a psychologist, she also provides individual consultations using a cognitive behavioral therapy approach, the tools of which she integrates into her training work. Psychoeducation is important to Luca; therefore, she also teaches career socialization courses as a university lecturer.
