How does the development process work?
Free assessment session: Every development journey is fully tailored to your individual needs – which is why we begin with a complimentary two-hour in-person session. Together, we identify your goals and the key areas for improvement.
Free closing session with András Batiz: In the final step of the process, András will support you in fine-tuning your presence and impact – especially in online settings.
A diverse toolkit: Throughout the program, we combine techniques from communication, improvisational theatre, media training, and psychology to support your growth.
All about real-life practice: We work with real, relevant situations from your everyday work – whether it’s a presentation, negotiation, internal meeting, or media appearance.
Content and style: We help you shape both the most impactful message and the communication style that leaves a lasting, positive impression.
How is the Charisma Coaching structured?
The program is built in a modular format, which means we can flexibly adapt it to your needs – but the foundations are essential and cannot be skipped. Three components are mandatory:
Module 0 – Assessment Session (free, 2 hours)
Every development journey starts with a free, two-hour personal assessment session. Here, we evaluate where you are now, define your goals together, and use recorded situational exercises to map your strengths and the areas you need to develop.
Module 1 – Presence and Charisma Fundamentals (4 hours)
This is where the work begins – it lays the foundation for charismatic presence. We focus on the triad of attitude, voice, and body language to help you show up more consciously, confidently, and authentically as a leader. This is also where we begin shaping a communication style that truly fits you.

After completing the mandatory module, you choose at least one from three specialized focus areas — whichever is most relevant for you right now.
Optional modules
Module 2 – Presentation Skills (optional, 4 hours)
This module helps you speak with confidence and impact in any situation – from small meetings to large audiences. We’ll cover how to structure your messages to be clear, logical, and memorable, and how to show up authentically and charismatically when presenting. You’ll receive tools for structured preparation and build confidence through practice, supported by video feedback.
Module 3 – Negotiation Techniques (optional, 4 hours)
Here we focus on how to assertively represent your own or your organization’s interests in different negotiation scenarios — whether internal discussions, partner meetings, or complex deals. We’ll work together to ensure you stay confident yet open and collaborative, so you can create real win-win outcomes. The training is built around situational exercises that help you apply what you’ve learned immediately.
Module 4 – Media and Interview Situations (optional, 4 hours)
This module prepares you for interviews, video appearances, and media interactions. You’ll learn how to speak clearly, concisely, and accessibly – even when facing tough questions, sensitive topics, or high-pressure moments. We’ll work on your authentic on-camera presence, how to craft key messages, and how to stay true to yourself in front of the camera. Sessions are recorded, then reviewed together, so you get detailed feedback on what’s working and what can be improved.
How Does It All Work?
For a truly intensive and effective experience, we recommend completing the modules in a compact format:
- 2 modules (mandatory + 1) = 1 full day
- 3 modules (mandatory + 2) = 1.5 days
- 4 modules (mandatory + 3) = 2 full days
This is the suggested setup, but we’re flexible — if a different pace or structure works better for you, we’ll tailor the process accordingly.
Coming from outside Budapest? We’ll cover your accommodation. In that case, the complimentary assessment session can be scheduled for the afternoon or evening before the development day, giving you time to ease in and prepare.
