Zita Kraszkó graduated from University of Szeged, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. She has worked as an improvisation actor, director and trainer in several Hungarian theater and television productions. As a presenter she has worked in live shows such as the broadcasting of Academy Awards, Balaton Summer, I Love Hungary and Jazzy Business Class. He wrote her doctoral thesis in 2024 at University of Pécs, Doctoral School of Philosophy, on her research on the Method of Speech and Improvisation. As a trainer, she works with professional speakers, science communicators, middle and senior managers to help them to perform their presentation tasks confidently, authentically, without stage fright and with the right speaking technique. She is a lecturer at the University of Pécs.
