Tamas has extensive experience in leading psychodrama workshops. Both in Hungary and Switzerland has dealt with and rehabilitation of addicts and autistic adults. Based on his vast experience he is delivering assertiveness and conflict-handling workshops as a member of Impact Works. Prior to his career as trainer and consultant, Tamas was a leader of an IT development company. Besides of his work he has over 10 years of experience in martial arts (tai chi) and he is also a professional chess player.
