Mate has a degree in psychology from Eötvös Loránd University as a psychologist. He is specialized in social psychology, with a special interest in human behavior in corporate environments.
He believes that training sessions should be conducted with a solution-focused mindset and that participants should always gain new perspectives and insights in the process. He is currently our Head of Training Division, but this doesn’t stops him utilizing his expertise as a senior trainer and consultant, focusing on communication and leadership development programs.
