After graduating in sociology at ELTE, Melinda is currently studying Human Resources at the Budapest Business School. As an HR associate, she accompanied the applicants from interviews to admission and gained experience in event organization and administration. Joining a leading international media agency, she planned and managed online and offline campaigns. In addition to client management, she also gained experience in project management.
Melinda enriches the Impact Works team with her fresh, professional knowledge and her attitude to finding creative and effective employer branding solutions. Her strength is that she has an in-depth knowledge of modern communication channels, supporting employer branding with creative and effective suggestions.
