Where can we help?

The journey of a leader is full of challenges, and we can’t prepare for them in theory, just as we can’t learn to ride a bike in our head. Leaders face countless challenges in their daily work, different dilemmas, communication, relationship, or trust challenges.

The goal is to develop coping and learning strategies, safely stepping out of the comfort zone, and achieve balanced performance. In addition, we process the topics – through experience – that are important and relevant for them right here and.

The experiences from active participation, the related observations, and feedback develop participants’ skills, helping to turn adventures into experiences and relate them to current life situations or issues.

The outdoor form of experiential learning is based on exercises performed in nature, thus increasing the intensity of the experiences. Tasks can be a test of strength, the level of perceived risk is high, but their implementation is not dangerous and doesn’t require special physical conditioning. In professionally structured individual and group sessions, participants gain experience, which are then processed in a trainer-led conversation. This helps them gain inspiring insights that they can then incorporate into their lives.

We offer intensive experiences, individual and group tasks in a natural environment.
Physical – mental – spiritual challenges await you, through which you can gain deep experiences.

You will always be safe, and you will not have to do anything you don’t want, but you will always have the opportunity to cross your boundaries.

We build on experiential learning, where action is followed by reflection, then experience is analysed and processed, and finally knowledge transfer closes the cycle.

The program is based on the methods and application of adventure therapy and experiential pedagogy.

Outdoor Leadership Program

For middle managers with 1-2 years of managerial experience or awaiting promotion
Recommended number of participants: 4-12 people
4-6 participants with 1 trainer, 7-12 participants with 2 trainers
1 or 2 days, can be complemented by processing the experiences based on half-day online video analysis
The location is tailored to the individual needs.
