Mental Well-Being Program

Where can we help?

The objective of the programme is to enable individuals, leaders and teams to become mentally tough in challenging situations and in contexts characterised by intensive changes, so that they can:

  • quickly regain their productivity,
  • discover the opportunities offered by the changes,
  • become mentally more resilient and flexible,
  • focus on tasks to which they can contribute effectively,
  • mobilise their strengths and resources,
  • find their motivation,
  • experiment and learn, even from failures,
  • support each other and find it easier to ask for help,
  • communicate assertively even in situations of stress,
  • be more satisfied and positive.

We support leaders in improving psychological safety and unity within their teams.

We also aim to develop those skills of senior or middle managers that enable them not only to adapt to or initiate changes but also to lead their teams all the way through the process of change.

We focus on the mental well-being and health of employees while reinforcing cooperation within the organisation.

How do we help?

We offer a specific approach, theoretical knowledge and models that support your and your team’s mental well-being.

We process the acquired theoretical knowledge through exercises based on personal experiences.

We provide tools, techniques and assessments supporting self-knowledge and self-reflection.

The international Mental Toughness (MTQ) assessment helps participants to become aware of their assumptions and automatisms concerning stress and coping both at a personal and at a team level.

We focus on real and current challenges.

The programme starts with the setting of individual/team-level goals, then we monitor progress throughout the programme.

We discuss topics that people rarely talk about in the workplace, thus kick-starting and providing a model for maintaining mental well-being within the organisation.

Mental Well-Being Program

Recommended number of participants: 4–12 people

Groups of 4–6 with 1 trainer, groups of 7–12 with 2 trainers

We recommend the program for the following participants:

  • a team of senior or middle managers
  • leaders with their teams
  • agile teams
  • participants from different areas of the same organisation

BASIC PACKAGE

It includes a mental well-being programme in 8 sessions.

1 session per week, 2.5 hours per session, 20 hours in total.

Topics include: change management, resilience, collaborative communication, intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, risk and learning orientation, growth mindset.

STANDARD PACKAGE

IT INCLUDES THE COMPONENTS OF THE BASIC PROGRAMME, PLUS:

An online assessment using the international Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ Plus) with a 1-hour personal feedback session.

EXTRA OPTIONAL ELEMENT:

Reassessment six months after the end of the programme using the international online Mental Toughness test, with a 30-minute session of personal feedback along the previously established goals.

Follow-up with group-based coaching. 2–3 hours per week, 16 hours in total.
